ESRH Hosts 2nd Annual Be Well Block Party | August 2

Eastern Shore Rural Health will host its second annual Be Well Block Party on Saturday, August 2 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the Town of Parksley. This free community health fair aims to promote wellness by offering a wide range of health screenings, educational resources, and family-friendly activities.

Attendees can take advantage of free services like glucose and blood pressure checks, breast screenings, and immunizations. Celebrity Chef Tiffany Derry will join the event for a live cooking demonstration featuring healthy meals, with taste testing and autograph opportunities—courtesy of Novo Nordisk.

The event will also feature performances, music, giveaways, firetrucks, a dunking booth, face painting, food vendors, and a trophy-awarded car show hosted by the Eastern Shore Cruisers.

Community organizations are encouraged to host an interactive booth to share services and connect with attendees. Participation is free, and vendors are asked to bring their own tables, tents, and chairs.
