ESHD’s NFP Graduation – Sept. 24

The Eastern Shore Health District’s Nurse-Family Partnership program is hosting their graduation ceremony at the Eastern Shore Public Library in Parksley on September 24th from 4-6 PM. Come have some fun and celebrate these first-time mom’s success.

If you would like to participate and provide resources to these families please contact Decola Custis at the ESHD. They are looking for folks to set up a table at the event and provide resources.
